Fourounce Fantasy Rules
Welcome to Fourounce Fantasy, where you predict the outcome of fights and compete against friends for glory and points. Here are the rules that will guide your fantasy fight experience:
1. Fight Predictions:
For each event, you will be asked to predict the outcome of a fight, which includes:
Winner: Choose who you think will win the fight.
Round: Select the round in which you think the fight will end (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5).
Method: Choose how the fight will end (KO, Submission, or Decision).
2. Fight Voiding:
If a fight ends in DQ (Disqualification), Draw, or No Contest, all predictions for that fight will be voided and no points will be awarded.
3. Point System:
Correct Prediction: You receive 3 points for each correct prediction (Winner, Round, and Method).
Triple Points Option: You can triple your points for a fight. You will have 3 triple point opportunities per event. When you use the triple point option, all points for that fight (Winner, Round, and Method) will be tripled. For example:
Correct Winner: 3 points → 9 points with triple.
Correct Round: 2 points → 6 points with triple.
Correct Method: 3 points → 9 points with triple, but only if the Winner is correct. If the Winner is incorrect, you will not earn points for the Method.
If all predictions are correct and triple points are used, you can earn 24 points for that fight.
4. Leagues and Competitions:
You can create leagues with your friends to compete against each other.
In a league, your scores will be compared with your friends after each fight, and the points will be updated accordingly.
5. Calculating Scores:
Points are calculated and updated after each fight. You can track your scores in real-time during the event, and results will be posted once all fights are concluded.
6. Winning the Game:
The player with the highest number of points at the end of the event or after a certain number of events in a league wins.
7. Additional Notes:
If there is a change to a fight due to injury, cancellation, or other reasons, players will be notified if any predictions need to be updated.
Always make sure your predictions are finalized before the event begins to avoid missed points.
8. Username:
If you have not selected a username yet, your username will appear as 'Hidden Username' on the leaderboards. To choose a username and have it displayed, please log out and log back in.
